Maple syrup : Comes is different grades based on color and flavor. Grade A is great on pancakes, waffles and icecream. Grade A Light has a sweet light maple flavor. Grade A medium is an amber color with a slightly stronger maple flavor. Grade A dark has a strong maple flavor. Grade B is a darker syrup with a rich maple flavor. It adds flavor to coffee, baked beans, milk, and baked goods. Of course any grade can be used for any purpose! Choose the syrup flavor you like the best.
Maple popcorn: This is a sweet and crunchy snack. Granulated maple sugar: perfect on toast or cereal, in coffee, or use it to replace sugar in recipes.
